Shoulder Health

Having battled through shoulder issues over the last couple of years, I've received assistance from some of the top medical professionals in my area, including strength coaches, physical therapists, and chiropractors. As always, I continue to keep the rotator cuff as strong as possible to help minimize pain and maximize stability. One piece of literature that has helped was Hudson-based Eric Cressey's recent newsletter (http://ericcressey.com/newsletter167html). Coach Cressey took some time to sit down with me a few months back and run through some of the exercises, along with referring me to a local orthopaedic doctor for initial care.
