I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the great efforts of a couple people, 1 client and 1 family member for their recent success with their weight loss efforts. With respect to specifics, here's a bit of a breakdown:
- Fred L- Down 48 pounds in 4 months
- Tom C- Down 29 pounds in 10 weeks
Now here comes the million dollar question: "So how'd they do it?" My initial response is "they aren't done, so they are still doing it!" In all seriousness, though, here are some essential tips they found worked for them- and could work for YOU:
- Reduce/eliminate simple sugars (pasta, soda, fruit juices, junk food)
- Increase daily fiber intake
- Increase lean protein intake
- Improve both quantity and quality of sleep
- Increase exercise intensity
- Stay positive and enjoy the process
