- Nutrition journals (written tracking of what you eat/drink)
- Increase in exercise intensity (both strength training and conditioning) to improve body composition
- Isolate target areas close to wedding date (i.e. often times upper back and arms are exposed so I'll often isolate work for those areas with exercises like horizontal rowing variations as well as dips [see pic above], and push-ups)
