Great job Danvers!

I just finished up teaching 2 group ex. classes in Danvers last week. I split the class up into a warm-up and conditioning portion, a strength-based portion, and a core & mobility portion. The participants did a great job and wrote some wonderful feedback on their evaluation forms. I hope to see you guys again in the future. Happy Holidays!

I loved this class. I have tried to take what I learned to the next level. When I go to the "Y", I now mix up my workouts. I also have added another class at the "Y" to keep from getting board. Here is my question.

Does muscle realy weight more than fat?

Glad you enjoyed my class! To answer your question, muscle does NOT weight more than fat. It is more dense, thus takes up less space. A pound is a pound, regardless of the source. Hope that helps :-)
