Music is my Savior

What reduces the rating of perceived exertions during exercise? The answer is my favorite thing in life....MUSIC! I remember my senior year studying Exercise Science doing my research on music and its role in exercise and was not surprised to discover people have a less difficult time performing their workouts when they are listening to enjoyable music. I'm headed out the door to teach a class as I type this, but took the liberty of posting a tune I'll play for my class today. It's one of my all-time favorite songs. Enjoy your day :-)
