What's the Best Diet for Losing Fat and Improving Muscle?


Boy, has this been the million dollar question for years and years. It's one I get regularly, yet answer with my usual "it depends" answer. What does it depend on you ask? It's simple, really, as Dr. John Berardi explained it best to a bunch of us 3 years ago when I met him at a nutrition conference.
