-1 piece of fresh fruit
-1/4 cup dried fruit
-3/4 cup of 100% fruit juice
-1/2 cup cooked or canned fruit
-1 melon wedge
-1/2 cup berries
-1/2 cup of raw or cooked vegetables
-1 cup of raw leafy vegetables
