Recommended snacking

Since eating every few hours is a GOOD thing, here's a snack bar I can actually recommend to clients. I tried it for the first time today and it was actually really good. I've been so limited in bars I can actually recommend so this one gets the nod (note 9 grams of fiber- awesome):
