Nutritionist Walter Willett and the Harvard School of Public health recently sponsored an invitation-only "Worlds of Healthy Flavors" conference. Willett is thinking about suggesting a regulation to mandate salt reduction in all packaged and processed foods. He's also suggesting a national tax of up to 18% on sodas and candy.
