That being said, the fastest growing segment of those joining a fitness center are the baby boomers, specifically those aged 55 and older. I do work with quite a few baby boomers and find it fascinating. Often times, what we cover (postural improvements, inducing increased him mobility, preventing/reducing back pain, etc...) are simple, yet effective activities.
