- "Normal Weight" women (BMI 18.5-24.9)= 25-35 lbs.
- Overweight women (BMI 25-29.9)= 15-25 lbs.

Thanks Glenn. I just figured since late summer is the most common time of the year for births in the US, now is the time people start trying to conceive. Therefore, it's important for my prenatal clients to comprehend what a healthy weight gain consists of.
