Some healthy choices for your next grocery store trip should include any of the following...

Sliced Mushrooms

Tomatoes

Baby Carrots

Red & Green Peppers

Olive Oil

Almonds

Walnuts

Apples

Frozen Berries (great for smoothies!)

Lean Turkey Ham
