Another knock on The Biggest Loser



So yeah, I'll admit to watching The Biggest Loser, but tonight may have been the last time. As much as I like to watch people push themselves to achieve their respective goals, I was appalled to see Bob, one of the trainers, suggest people do crunches to lose abdominal fat. His exact words were "crunches eliminate excess fat around the waistline-" wow. How much further from the truth could this guy be?!?! We all (should) know by now proper cardiovascular exercise and simply watching what you eat and drink are the key players to trimming the waistline. Shame on you Bob.

HI PAUL: I TOO LOVE THE BIGGEST LOOSER...WHATS WITH THAT GUY GAINING 17 POUNDS... I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE VOTED HIM OFF, OR KICKED HIM OFF THE SHOW, FOR MESSING AROUND WITH HIS WEIGHT LIKE THAT. DOSN'T SEEM TO PROMOTE GOOD WEIGHT LOSE HABBITS!!!! BUT I STILL WATCH THE SHOW.

The show has become too much of a "game." People stabbing each other in the back, trying to gain weight and then lose, etc... Just not a good show anymore. Jillian is annoying, Kim sucks as a trainer (whines too much), and Bob promotes crunches as a way to lose belly fat- wow.
