Posterior chain muscles (i.e. glutes and hamstrings) are still neglected by far too many exercise enthusiasts. One of my favorite lower body exercises to target these areas is the Stiff-Legged Deadlift. "SLDLs" as they are often referred to cause some pretty decent muscle soreness (consider yourself warned), but are extremely effective. The following pictures take you through 1 repetition.
