One of the "superfoods" I eat just about every day is Greek yogurt. More and more people are jumping on board, thus deserting brands that clearly use too much sugar. The one I'll choose is "unsweetened." I add fresh strawberries/blueberries and sometimes a splash of homemade granola. Plain yogurt has more protein, potassium, calcium, and zinc than sweetened varieties.
